Beta Status Pending

I bought a founder package, picked the founder's mech. But my beta status has been stuck on pending for a while now. How do I activate the founder's package if I need to activate it?

it should activate once everything runs through the system. it takes up to an hour or more to get it updated to your MWO account, from what i've seen others posting. if it takes longer, you may need to contact support.

i dont know my exact system specs and and i cant get the system scanner progam to run cause of .net mishap,wat do i do?

On Windows: run dxdiag.exe

On Vista/7/8 : just type in dxdiag in the searchwindow

On older Windows: execute: dxdiag

help me also I can't download it and I also got a founders pack also

says active also

I am now accepted into the beta, but when I try to login it tells me the User is not valid :)

Have a look in the beta forums, there should be info in there about that issue, and remember, once you get that issue sorted, and get in game Please post any issues in the game in the BETA forums only.
Hope you get your login issues sorted out

@Valensoul click on where it says Approved, then click on the buttons for the NDA, read and accept, then click on button for the EULA, read and accept, once thats done your status should change from Approved to download now.
If you have any further issues, either contact surport, or use the beta forums, if you can access them once you agrred to the NDA and EULA

i accepted all that stuff,all is shows right now in the beta section is the word error!

right, i surgest you contact surport, and surply a screen shot if you can, so they can see the exact error, and hopefully they will get back to you fairly quickly, and sort the issue out.

The servers have been clunky today. I'd check with Support@mwomercs.com and I'd check back to your user profile often to see if it corrects itself
