[KINCAIO]

Party up with me and show me your skills. PLZ no scrubs

just looking for some people i can group with tired of getting 6 kills a game and my team is all dead but me or wont follow directions.

well i do.....but we mean clan as in a group of people playing together.....not so much clan as in the mechwarrior universe "clan" like clan lone wolf and such

Somehow I doubt that you know what "Clan" is in BT universe. Regardless, you might have better luck with recruiting in "Merc Corp recruiting" section of the forums (http://mwomercs.com/...orp-recruiting/).

well then im starting my own group happy? i dont care much for what clan people choose i think thats lame anyways

*shrugs* About as happy as I was before. You are the one doing the recruiting - what you care or don't care about makes little difference to the rest of us. My post was just to point out that recruiting in the recruitment part of the forums tends to work better than doing it in other sections.

You will have much better luck recruiting in the Hiring Hall, as Ice proposed, and posting your recruitment thread in "Merc Corps Recruiting."

And to spare confusion/flaming, please do not call groups of people a "clan" or a "guild" in MechWarrior. The word Clans is used for something else in the universe, and guild is a WoW thing I would not suggest using here.

The term guild has been around a lot longer than WoW. I was in one back in the original Everquest, which predated WoW by 5 years. Gotta love how everyone defines WoW as THE MMO, though.

Unless this game expands to an RPG, I don't see much point in roleplaying. I'd LOVE to see it expand into something like the original Mechwarrior PC game, except MMO PvP for the missions, with AI mechs to fill in the empty slots.

Maybe a mod should pin a thread explaining the difference between clans (the group of factions) and merc corps (player groups). Including a link to the recruiting section.

That might help avoid threads like this being posted in the wrong forum section.

I know that the OP's intentions are good, but he's misunderstanding what a 'clan' is. As well as being unable to form at least one proper sentence, and prefacing his inquiry with a derogatory remark (PLZ no scrubs).

This post should really be in the Mercs forum until Clan's are integrated.
