Hey yall, I can remember in the novels there was a re hydration drink the mechwarriors drank, which came in an orange flavor. Anyone remember it?

yea... a sports drink they would sip on after battles or playing in the sim pits

I want to say it was in one of the later FCCW books, in a scene with Tancred after a battle? Could be confusing it with a scene from one of the Capellan Solution novels involving Cassandra Allard-Liao and that Rubinsky merc, though. I am wanting to say the name was something like Vita-Orange, or similar.

AH HA! You got it! It was Vita-Orange - found it in "Double Blind - BattleTech 36": chapter 42. ....Then "Illusions Of Victory - BattleTech 52.....then Patriots and Tyrants - BattleTech 5....looks like Loren Coleman thinks that mechwarriors need quality refreshment too~
