Founders payment issue

Yeah, yeah, another one, but after a quick search my issue doesn't seem the same.

I put in all the info to make the payment...and nothing. I get no error, no attempt to charge my card, no email, nothing.

Sent an email to support, so I'll be honest; I'm impatient as all hell and I've been waiting to long for this.

Anyone else had a similar issue?
Do you get a confirmation email or anything of the sort that says the payment was processed?

Trying to figure out if it's actually a payment issue or a computer/web browser one.

I know I'm beating a dead horse, but I'll say it anyway since we all feel the same way.

Yup, you get an email from MechWarrior Online that you have bought the founders package.

Have you tried with Paypal?

Normally you should get an email for your payment. Have you allready tried a different browser?

Not yet, was kinda afraid after all the 'ZOMG I PAID TWICE!' topics.

But since I should have gotten an email I'll give it a shot.

It sounds like you were having the same problem I'm currently running into - nothing happened when I clicked purchase, and after a little more experimentation I'm unable to try most of the solutions suggested. I created an account with UltimatePay, but whenever I try to log in I just get an error message that says "We were unable to log you in."

I can see you're a founder now so evidently you figured something out - what ended up working?

The problem is only present on Firefox (seems to be a Javascript problem... FireBug is going batshit crazy).

Works like a charm on IE9 (what a joke...) :rolleyes:

Tried in firefox myself got a payment error (after paypal had completed)
Tried in Ie got the same error.

Waited 10 minutes and did it again in Ie said all complete but never charged paypal, no email and no account upgraded.
Did it again in firefox and worked fine.

Checked to make sure an hour later to see if I got charged twice.

I'd tried in Chrome and Firefox earlier, just caved and gave it a shot in IE - same problem, UltimatePay can't log me in and nothing happens if I try to pay when not logged in. This is definitely a problem with UltimatePay rather than Piranha, but man, I can't even remember the last time I invested this much energy in giving someone money to no avail. I don't hold out a lot of hope that you guys will switch vendors before Founders' stuff stops being available, but it would certainly be nice.

It seems like that their payment system isn't working for some people... Well, I hope they'll upgrade it since they'll be receiving a lot of cash in the next months :D

I've tried at work, home, iPhone, IE, Mozilla... Nothing works for me. I've tried two different cards and PayPal, too. I don't get why they aren't just using PayPal.

noticing the same problem on my end, won't let me log in on any browser, can't do a direct payment with CC etc, just blanks out and rests the fields after trying to procced.

I'm waiting for my email i just paid for my elite pack..checked my card balance mwo took my money and has not sent anything yet, horrible customer service by canadian standards so far and i'm canadian....

My payment processed through paypal and paypal sent me a notice of transaction... but nothing from Mechwarrior online yet and status has not changed.....Been an hour and a half.. will give it a bit longer....I hate to say it but this is the first online electronic transaction that I have ever had take this long to get anything in return for the payment.

The email perhaps should have said pay now and we will think about letting you in...maybe...but make the payment....

Maybe the servers are getting hit hard or something? Has there been any official posts addressing the issue? Just wondered because I have seen others posting with issues around payment as well.

I did mine from work with IE8.. I have Firefox at home.. but did the payment while I was at work.

Well i used a card and everything seemed fine. I didnt notice an x in the corner, wasnt looking for it. But no e-mail confirmation or anything yet. Says beta access is pending, and i filled my profile "100%"

edit: my account has been charged, so I'm assuming its just a delay for it to register on the site?

I kind of have the same thing. Just purchsed. No email, no confirmation, no clue at all if it worked or not.

Just checked my bank account and it has definately hit there so guess I just have to wait and hope it worked here.
