Just had one question:
Do you have a NZ contingent by any chance or do the Kiwis just get folded in with the rest of you?

Yes we have a NZ contingent. I think it numbers abour 20 now so there is usually some people on in NZ primetime.
Alot of NZ are night owls so they also play with us here in OZ. A lot of the US players are also dropping with the Kiwi's
I don't think you would find it hard to find a team to drop with when your on.
Technically NZ has it's own company, but this is currently being restructured and may come back as 2 companies or more.

--- AFTER ACTION REPORT #7599838 ---
Whilst holidaying on Karbala in the FRR on a good will tour ARMD's Major Slide found himself in the middle of a fight he had not expected.
A Demi Company (2 lances) of unidentified mechs landed on the planet and proceeded to capture large quantities of supplies. The planetary Militia could only fields 7 mechs so Major Slide Offered his services in his personal Raven 3L. Kitted out with all the latest technology from the ARMD service corp, Slide carried the only ECM on the field. Teaming up with a militia Cataphract and a Jenner the 3 mechs stormed the ice catacombs and tunnels in the Northern Frozen City of "Noonewantstolivehere". Encountering an Enemy Hunchback the Catphract and Raven made short work of it whilst the Jenner ran to assist the Heavy Strike Group near the crashed dropship.
Continuing on to the Enemy base Slide and his Wingman Encountered an Enemy Cataphract. This enemy was tougher than the Hunchback but went down quickly. The duo proceeded to the enemy base and waited whilst Militia infantry captured and subdued the base. Meanwhile the Militia Strike group had been decimated by the enemy force only taking 1 of the enemy with them.
Major Slide and his partner waited for the inevitable rush to recapture their base but it only came in stages as mechs of different speed made it back. First a Jenner charged in attacking the Phract, Slide dispatched this mech with 3 ML to the left Torso whilst the Phract pummeled it with LB10X fire. Next a SRM Cat lobbed into the base only to be circle strafed to death whilst trying to take out the severly damaged Cataphract. Another Jenner arrived and immediately dispatched the Heavily damaged Phract and then proceeded to target Slide. A game of cat and mouse ensued with the first to die losing the battle for his side. If the Jenner left the base the infantry would Cap out the base and bring defenses on line, If Slide's Raven fell the infantry would be massacered. After many laps of the base Slide's ECM turned the tide in his favour allowing him to notch up his forth kill for the battle.
With ARMD reinforcments dropping from orbit the remaining 3 Mechs bolted for their drop ship and left.
When asked about the incident later Col Nav commented "Slide is an excellent Recon Pilot, but he is not the best we have, Our Training Academy turns out excellent pilots, when he gets back I'm sending him for a refresher, his team killed 5 enemy and saved the base, but he let 3 get away, and that's not acceptable for a member of ARMD".
Major Slide was not availablr for comment as he returned to his holiday."

Assume like us you're having a fairly quiet holiday period.
Thursday seems to be our busiest training day, so we usually have about 2 Companies running about in 3 groups of 8. We're wondering if you'd like to do some casual sparring, since it might be quieter than usual. No prizes, just bragging rights
Could you get whoever's in charge of this kind of stuff to send me a PM? Cheers!

Sounds like fun Valore. Drop in to our lounge on the NGNG TS3 server any time and I'm sure some players can be found to have a few friendly games.
Regards,

Looking forward to some friendly drops against OMC, Valore! We always knew most of the old AMC troops were good blokes and we're all glad to see OMC make the move, for the better of it's members!
Also, nice to play with you the other night btb!
Looking forward to the new year and the annual ARMD Martial Olympics. Let the fun times begin!
