I always wanted to shoot the announcer's booth in MW4: Mercs.

I heard he got harpies on Thailand-Prime IV back in 3038 from a genetic-trans-gender over in 'Walking Street' City...

Yeah he is ok I guess.

Duncan Fisher was awesome in mechwarrior 4 mercs. He made the game feel more alive and made it seem that there were other things happening in the mechwarrior universe other than mechs flattening each other.

Clearly the best part of Solaris in Mercs, that guy was perfect. I want to be Duncan Fisher. (it's always been my pipedream to be a cheesy announcer or voice-over guy, and play-by-play for Solaris matches? even better)

Get a job at a strip club. Every announcer sounds the same.

We all have aspirations I suppose.

To me he sounded like Rigis Philbin, was it him?

And Mr. Grimm, I have never been at a strip club,

so i did not know they all sounded so much alike. With all your, ummm, experience with this, is that where you've worked?

Hahaha, nice. Yeah I think I'll pass on the strip-club, but since the great Billy Mays' passing there seems to be a void in the cheesy pitchman roll. Maybe I can step in there.

But seriously: I think I saw a MW:LL trailer with Duncan Fisher, that wasn't just quotes from Mercs. I never played it, but was there a Solaris mode in that one he was involved with? I hope when MW:O eventually gets Solaris they bring him back.

Yes, it is in the campaign mode. I downloaded it from mektek, I am playing off and on now, to get me ready. You can play online with it too, but I have not yet.

Yes, George Ledeoux recorded - for free and out of his own love of Duncan Fisher - over a 1,000 lines of dialogue for MWLL's Solaris Arena game mode.

I "like" his business on facebook and asked him if he did it just to be sure. He told me it was his favorite role. Between mercs and Living legends, hes almost become the voice of mechwarrior. If theres ever a MW movie for some reason, I will be disappointed if ledoux does not narrate or make an appearance

That man is a saint. Yet another reason why I wish I had CrysisWars.

man i just really started playing MW4 mercs and man i love duncan. solaris 7 made the battle tech universe all the more real... instead of just war death and mercinaries, it brought entertainment, and a sence of normalcy like football. and duncan was the voice of this world.
