[Lima Zulu]

I've read some books about CC, including Coleman dilogy, and met "Liao green" colour mentions, but not real description of it. Also, I've search camospecs.com for it, but tere are to many different variants of green used for different units, or maybe it's a photo limitation. So the question is - what is "Liao green" colour actually? What do you think, guys?

To my mind, I always envisioned it to be a shade similar to what we see on the older crest.

That's very easy. Liao green, as far as I see it, supposed to link Capellan Confederation and Liao dinasty with Anchient China tradition, where jade was the very valued jewel worth of Imperors and so on)).The most prized jadeite is translucent, emerald green jade known as "Imperial jade." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jade) That's one of reasons why I've chosen Liao (until Clans announcement, guess why )

It should be puke green, IE what Kyll does after too much drinking. And I've seen him with a hangover, it isn't pretty.

I think it'll depend on context. A quick look through the sourcebooks shows vivid greens as previously described but, on the whole, the green used in uniforms is far darker ranging from something like 2e3228 to 3f5631. I know I'd rather be in those dark, drab greens if someone was going to be shooting at me. I'd be inclined to say Liao Green, in common usage, just really meant green, and lots of it.

Well, tbh I always though Leao Green is a bit more yellowish than pure Jade color.
Something like Scorpion Green of Citadel palette

hmm...well I have looked through several source books.

I see references abounding to the Jade throne. I dont see anything about a yellow one, or a scorpion. Except when I was commanding the Kincades Rangers, our unit insignia was a scorpion on the Liao triangle.
