House Liao will definitely be a strong opponent. They've got 3 of the more important ingredients for succes:
- A loyal, fanatical (rabid) fanbase;
- Good organization;
- Lotsa Russians.
My view on it? As long as they pay well and respect their contracts, they're okay in my book. $$$

Once I realized we arent gonna be able to fight on storyline worlds, that kinda killed the lure of staving off the clans for the FRR for me given that all but what 8 worlds IN the FRR would BE storyline worlds?
