You arent paying for the beta, you are paying for the "extra" exclusive content you will get and supporting the team. This game is going to be free 2 play, and even now guys starting to complain about to pay a few dollors?

And if you arent invited for the beta, well have you patience. Open beta isnt very far away anymore!

why the hell would they admit anyone into the beta when they're essentially *selling* beta passes in their founder's program.

I think this is really disingenuous on the part of the developers. If you're going to push people to pay for beta access, then do that... but don't let people sign up for the beta and wait in some eternal limbo while you guys rake in the cash.

They aren't seelling Beta passes they are Giving inmediate benefits to game supporters (just imagine the founder's it's like a Kickstarter but you get some extra goodies after you donation)

As this have been told a thousand times.

Founder's aren't buying the game they are Donating/Supporting it to see it become real.

I'm not going to spend something on this game too soon... Already spent on Battlefield Heroes and Battlefield Play4Free.

So, when will OB (Open Beta) be live

Next month some time hopefully. But as to expecting to get a beta invite days after you sign up......ROFL I have been signed up since they opened sign ups months ago. So good luck with that.

I think there's over 20,000 people in closed beta now, if you don't buy a founder's pack I highly doubt you'll get in.

here is the thing its a closed beta test you just registered after the registration has been going on for months. so my answer is this you can expect it today untill the game goes live and is free to down load. if you dont get it until the game goes live you can never play the beta you will just have to live with playing the live version of the game. if you get a founders package then you will get an invite in a few days. i hope to get mine Friday this week. if i have 60 extra bucks

Personally, I think it's time they threw out a few more free closed beta invites, the people who are waiting patiently deserve a little loving as well.

You mean the peep's who're waiting cheaply. Anyone that can afford a rig to run it can afford $30 to get it in if they really wanna play it that badly. Maybe instead of sitting in front of the computer bugging the **** outta people they should go mow some lawns or something.

I have to agree with both sides as much as I'd like to buy a founders package I can't afford it with three kids so yeah I wait till it goes live and hope my rig can run this. Cause as great as this game looks I think I it would be better off with just a normal monthly sub
