Main reason Cappie hate FC is that ever since before the creation of a united Cappella, FC had been harrassing and making wars on it. In fact, back when Cappella was a democracy under the Aris family, Davions attacked and even took over the Cappella capital if weren't for the first Liao, Franco, strategy as well as the brave sacrifice of a few thousands citizens. Going down historic road, most aggression are from FC against Capella instead of the other way around. So you see, the beef goes back way before the First Succession War lasting centuries.

How about reading the new handbook on Cappella history instead of reading earlier Davion propagandist novels for history between the two States?

And isn't spy stuff part of war? its not just intel gathering, its disrupting the enemy, and we're quite good at it apparently. YOUR the sneaky ones for what you pulled with the 4th succession war you even called it Operation Rat when you attacked Cappelan space unprovoked. Despite this you still failed to wipe us out and we end up getting most of it back eventually.
