Since my computer does not have the required memory to run this game i was waiting until open beta to try it out and if it ran ok i was going to purchase it. Now with the end of the founders package Sept 6 i will not be able to get it, Will there be packages available later on if the game runs on my computer?

Memory is really cheap. If you don't meet the min specs, it will run poorly, if it will run at all. What are your system specs?

My specs are nearly the same, you just need more RAM.

I run the game beautifully on my lap top and the spec are nearly the same (9800m GTS card too). So, yeah you should be fine. The laptop doesn't even seem to get strained at all, so yeah, upgrade that RAM.

EDIT: There are my specs for the OP for reference:

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120305-1505)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Gateway
System Model: P-7805u
BIOS: Ver 1.00PARTTBL
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8186MB RAM
Page File: 2402MB used, 13969MB available
Windows Dir: C:\Windows
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)
System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)
DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled
DxDiag Version: 6.01.7601.17514 32bit Unicode

I don't have too much trouble at all really. I would like for a better processor but I can only do what I can with what I have. Seriously though, you probably only need more RAM and should be fine, especially since my specs run it just fine.

Its doubtful he could add more RAM to his system, as he may only be running a 32-bit operating system (Vista 64 was an uncommon option, and unlikely if it was a Dell prebuilt system).

All hope is not lost, as if he signed up for beta, he may still be sent an invite before the closing of the founders packages. (I was in the same boat as him).
