Poor St. Ives Compact, to bad it's not a playable faction in MWO.

HildCo Interplanetary
HildCo was one of the main manufacturers of interstellar ships in pre- and early Star League times.
(It list this factory as making Victors, but, Sarna currently in the Mid 60. In 3050 only Tao Mechworks, on Styks, made Victors.)

IMO every 'Mech should make its way into this game. While there are some designs that the devs really shouldn't waste their time on.. the Victor is certainly a chassis that should be provided.
1x Autocannon/20 (RA)
2x Medium Lasers (LA)
1x SRM-4 (LT)
I'm going to guess at the slots here.
LA- 2x energy
RA- 1x ballistic
LT- 1x missile and possibly 1x energy
CT- ??
RT- ??
Sarna says the SRM was also in the left arm with the medium lasers but all the photos I've ever seen had the srm in the LT.
Victor Li had 10 medium lasers and an LRM-15. ) O.o

As I was going to St. Ives, / I met a man with seven wives. / Every wife had seven sacks, / Every sack had seven cats, / Every cat had seven kittens. / Kittens, cats, sacks, wives, / How many were going to St. Ives?
All Hail the Capellan cecum, by the grace of Hanse Davion, formerly known as St. Ives Commonality.

It's a real shame. However, I won't let details like that get in the way of a good time.

Well, per Objective Raids (FASA, 1992) in 3054 HildCo Interplanetary manufactures the VRT-9D Victor on St. Ives and and the LTN G15 Lightning fighter on Texlos. The 3039 TRO (Catalyst Game Labs, 2011) states that the same factory produces the VTR-9B both for export to the Federated Suns and domestic use (Specifically in the St. Ives Lancers). It seems that a current (as of 3050) agreement states that the Federated Suns has the rights to buy the full production output of the factory, though in 3054 (per Objective Raids) it seems that this agreement is in the process of coming to an end with Styk's factory coming online.
Both of the above sources sources also list Independence Weapons on Quentin (currently held by the Draconis Combine) as manufacturers of the Victor. VTR-9B and later the VTR-9K.
It also seems that the Styk factory was completed sometime after the 3039 TRO (which doesn't mention the factory at all) but before the 3054 era Objective Raids. The 3050 TRO also lists the Victor as only being produced on St. Ives and Quentin. So Styk won't be online until sometime in the next 4 years. And then the FedCom will promptly lose it to the chaos march a few years later
