Very nice works. I want one but I can't find a good picture of a Jupiter.

Requesting a signature with turkina and jfc insignia.
Couple of turkina samples first one is probably the more traditional sample with some cool action, but it has a lot of background noise so i'm not sure if its useable. Seen some nice things done here, the second sample might be better.

No, I don't mind at all! (And those are very nice, I like the outline on the mech in the first, and the emblems in the second.)

One problem, which I can easily fix, ZRO, is that its Royal Terra Guard, not guards. If you just send me a link to the .psd, I can fix it, plus I would like to mess around and see how you made it.

Already done for you, give me some time & I'll get you the PSD, I just have to remove everyone else's sigs (I'm doing all the work in one file).

As to how it's made, nothing extravagant, images generally stolen from the internet, cut out at large size, scaled down to keep crisp & fit the image size. Layer styles applied to the crest & fighters for fading into the background etc, then the text has a layer style too.

Ordinarily I would have done the highlighting on the text with a layer mask, but I couldn't get it just as I wanted it, so I ended up copying the text, rasterising, then using a light brush for the highlight. The jet contrails were a thin white shape, rasterised, rotated & blurred.

Like I said, nothing particularly impressive in technique, but I'll try & get a psd put up soon!

At first I wasn't really that happy with vector graphics, it was just a bit hard to see without looking at the source first, but it has grown on me. I knew it was going to be a pretty difficult one and I think it has turned out nice. I like it, thanks a lot.
