Clan Jade Falcon will be pitted with the Marik Gunfighter Alliance every week for Stock Mech Battles. Every Thursday, CJF and MGA will be matched up to play in battles specifically limited to the tech available to them for the time.

Details will change throughout the course of the matches, but at this moment, 2 Clan Stars (Stock) vs 3 IS Lances (Stock). Adjustments for weight limitations per side are being discussed.

Per week, some additional rules might be added or removed to keep the experience fresh, but in the end, these games for the enjoyment of those who love the Battletech and Mechwarrior universe, and would like to see how battles would be like with the current MWO engine.

One of the best things about MGA is the fact that we have different sub-groups which cater to the varying interests of our large number of members. Most gunfighters are here for casual group play in a no-drama environment, but we also have the 1st Sierra Rangers sub-unit, a regularly meeting group focused around emulating Marik mechs and tactics in preparation for community warfare as well as the Special Warfare Teams-Marik sub unit which is interested in practicing competitive-meta viable strategies (who many of you know as FWLM-MGA from Tournament Series - Beta).

We don't demand commitment from players interested in our unit; if any of this at all sounds interesting, be sure to check us out at the link Steel posted above.

We're very active lately. We usually have enough people to field unit groups from 5-12 man in the evenings on US time zones. MGA is also tied heavily into the FWLM community and works with the other FWLM units to attack and defend territory.

As Leigus has mentioned before, we also sport a Marik Civil War league team and are currently participating in Season 4.
