Here's an idea: motorise the torso to twist, add a motion detector to turn the mech on when someone comes near, add a lazer pointer to the tag barrel and VOILÀ!! Instant home security system!! It would take a Johova`s Witness with brass balls to come ring the doorbell at a house with one of those sitting on the front lawn!!!
Cheers, keep up the good work!

This one was as generic as we could build it. Some elements of the Catapult and Owens are obvious, but we were not sure about legal issues with selling one of these if we had made it bone-accurate. Rather than hiring an attorney (we're a small welding shop in the deep woods of south Mississippi), we stepped away from accuracy.
For the one I'm keeping...that Raven will be very accurate. I'm building a 3D printer for the plastic parts, and we're learning how to do fiberglass work for the large armor pieces. It will still have a steel skeleton, and I've got about a third of the steel collected for the project. It will have a Shuttle XPC in its core, to let me have a lower/longer torso. And yes, ours will have the bent nose. It's a Raven, after all, not the front half of a hunting dog.

That's really awesome, I wish I had room in my garage for even a workbench for a soldering iron.
I can't wait to see pictures of the Raven as you are constructing it.

No need to sell them, I'll give you a copy of the Max file, just scale it to your preferences. Send me a PM with your email, I'll fire a copy your way.
