This poses a real problem for me , while for authenticity using a stick would feel very mech-like , the combination of mouse and keyboard as used in mechwarrior 3 just hasnt been beaten to me, in futuristic advanced war machines to have to move ones torso just to aim seemed critically flawed.

but Im willing to give it a bash , time to dust off the old freespace 2 stick and grind some steel.

Been looking for sticks. Man, I can`t believe almost no one makes them anymore.  The 2 on top of my list are the Saitek X52 Pro, and the Logitec G940. I like the Saitek cause it has rudder control built in. And Ergonomically it looks like the controls incockpit in MWO.  But the G940 has force feedback. Never ever tried rudder pedals tho.

Win 7 sees the G940 throttle, pedals and stick as 3 seperate items. So the game is supposed to be able to see all 3 items. Someone stated that the G940 is being used by the Devs of MWO, so that shouldn`t be an issue. Decisions decisions.
