I see no problem with lizards and dragons! And clearly you haven't felt how smooth snake scales are! :3

One of my favorite moments was at the National Zoo. They brought out a constrictor. A -huge- one, and handed it off to the kids by laying it across their shoulders.

Twenty people in a row, me included. It was like handling a big, warm, and surprisingly soft tree trunk on your shoulder. Snakes may not produce too much heat, but they do like it, and a healthy one isn't cold at all.

Sharks on the other hand are often a do-not-pet experience. At best, it's like rubbing velcro the wrong way and at worst it can actually cause serious skin abrasions.

Petting a shark is a one-way only experience - very smooth nose to tail, very bad the other way.

I'd prefer not petting a shark to begin with (unless whale-shark or whatever it was called that just eats fish and smaller prey rather than the usual shark) because of the risk of it becoming an one-time-only experience.

Hmm, the scales vs fur thing is normally a tough one, but my character has it solved with his special abilities. He can either draw energy from his surroundings or disassemble matter into its component energy, and he can then store an pretty much infinite amount of energy by having it quantum-shifted, making him not reliant on neither food nor warmth, but rather just pure energy. And he can "turn around" the heat that would normally escape from his body due to his quantum powers. Heat is after all a form of radiation and what is radiation if not particles quickly scattering around.

Complicated fella, eh? Idk, It's just my nature, putting some thought into things, and that resulted in a complicated character.

And it also easily makes my posts lengthy.:)

Well, kinda straying off the topic of the original post, but what the heck, one can go on to imagine what'd happen if this character of mine would be there in the BT universe...
*Imagines for a moment*
I for one would want to be on his side. :)

Sorry man,
Starwars done beat you all with the furry stuff...
Chewie and the Ewocks have alreay drove a mech in a furry flurry.
To each their own.
However, I'd rather fight along side a wookie than pretty equines..

I'll have you know, equines can hold their own... Though foxes I think may do a hairs better... easier to pilot with paws than hoofs....

I wonder what it'll be with any specific furry clan 'ere.

I need one to mask my insecurities; are there any yet?

You may do better with a Quad 'Mech, then.

Aren't all the Clans furry, or at least named and themed after animals?

Assuming you mean Merc group or another player group, that's harder to say.

And where did I state that I didn't eat them? I prefer fruits at that end of the spectrum anyway. Blue, purple, black, the darker the tastier.
