Funny thing is I totally had Kaos and KORE confused with each other.

Kaos did have some pretty decent players. KORE was the ground full of idiots.

EDGE and I were talking about Spec and Hayabusa the other day. We use to 2v2 them ALL THE TIME. They never beat us but it was always CLOSE as hell and they would always come back for more. I miss them lol

Man it really seems like the good old times are far gone in the past but hey im looking foward to hopefully seeing and fightning against some people i know here. But i was in vengence league too riftlbade/strikeblade here i remember all the shinanigens i used to get up to with my old clans and one not so great clan that would never used me on the field.

Man I don't know how to take that. Thank you for eventually remembering that we were not the suck *** smurfing KORE team.

It's great seeing so many old names. I think tho I had more fun in BZ. There they had to play you. We never got any VL games once we won a cycle in top. Then our team may have been called NeoThor. No one would play us and if we got hired the room just emptyed.

KaoS was a good team because our core guys who got thumped in Grim and HBA merged and learned from our mistakes. Most teams never realized that losing can make you better if you talked about why you just lost. I don't think KaoS ever lost a player in anger either. Most times if some one quit us it was from lack of games.

I never really liked 2 vs. 2's. The 8 on 8's were where we shined. kaoS had bad *** tatics and adapted in game like no other team I ever played against. We also have a lot of under rated guys. Weebz was a hell of a player. Twinkie was the best missle boat I've ever seen, i0n , Xian and I rocked the best asslts while using Skippy and his scat to draw people out. Loved having bl0t , onnie , and warbird in heavys.
Man every post I read gets me a little further back into those days.

NO one ever beat us on wetlands or gator or what ever that swamp map was. If we got the bid your *** was massacred in muddy water.

Played with KAx in VL, NBT and some other obcsure leagues I can't remember. Went by SilentBob. Though, I ended up quitting MW4 Cold Turkey and fell out of contact. I need to find new group of old school Zone badasses to play with come release.

Close games none the less. Use to hate bl0t in his Mk2.. I remember telling Ringwraith to never take his eyes off of bl0t lol

It's funny though.. it's like when I quit every wingman I had right up to the point of quitting joined up with Kaos.

Xian, Grey Ghost, Mechpro, Maelstrom, Crazed(Fate), etc, etc - Good guys for sure. I've known Xian since MW3 days. So you can thank me for quitting and them joining you haha j/k

I still got an ego over a game I played 10 years ago.. it's funny. It's probably because I basically only played Mechwarrior 3, 4, Mercs, America's Army and Planetside. Have not played a PC game since Planetside.

I seem to remember things a litte differently. I remember one game where you guys got behid a hill in the corner of frost and just sat there and watching bl0t , i0n and me for the whole game. No one moving untill we had your attention so much that a loki missle boat dry fired on one of your guys and knocked him down. We could see him after that around the hill so we killed him. Still you sat until there was 1 minute to go. score 1-0 then the final charge to try to tie. Your whole team crested the hill and we made it a point to focus on you. We won that 3-0 and you bolted out of the room after before I even got out of game. So come on Neo. Be honest here. You never lost?

I can't comment on how a lot of the guys got to us. Each reason was their own. But we never won because one guys was 10-2 and told the rest to hide. Our team work was our strong point. Great players didn't hurt that but ask any of those guys about KaoS. I can tell you that no one but who we played against could say a bad thing about us. Ask any on your list.

Never lost to Kaos. I'm not sure what you are talking about. EDGE and Ring both have memories like a book.

Now I might have been hired by someone as a Merc and lost. My memory is not that great.

And if we were behind a hill on Frost.. there is no way a Loki dry fired on someone and knocked them down. Were we sleeping? lol

And let's be honest. Kaos only got "good" there at the end and dominated everyone because you guys got all the remaining good players and played a bunch of noobs. Hell I even had a Kaos member tell me that on the PHONE yesterday. One of my old friends Like I said it was as if once I quit all my old wings joined Kaos.

And I'm not saying anything bad about Kaos at all. Bunch of good players and guys.. there at the end you guys were like the only other good team left. That's why Me, Ring and EDGE started joining noob outfits and winged with the noobs. We joined JF for a short time in VL under different names.

Wow. Things never change. We were tops maybe a cycle after becoming KaoS. Good pilots helped yea but before those names we developed 2 **** teams in Grim and HBA. We didn't start winning at the end of the games life man.

By the way you guys got flanked and dry fired on. Twinkie was my boat.

But Neo I look forward to playing you guys again. I don't have any experience in MWO so it could be we all suck and rhe rper's hammer us. I just hope that it doesn't happen to just you tho. I'd hate to have to hear how great you were in the past tense. So I'm not going to argue with you as we all know that gets no where. Acording to you you never lost and everyone else was crap except your wingmen who you taught everything to then sent out into the world.

All I remember is this..

Having a win% of 90% of higher throughout every league I was in.. including VL, BZ, MWL, etc

Winning the VL 8v8 tournament against the best team at the time. Which had MKG_Mantis in it.. who is a legend.

Dominating every league, team and person who ever came into MSN zone. From the ****** bags of AC(in game server players) to Sancho and his ****'s to Draguun(spell?) who dominated VL for 3 cycles until we joined. Even dominated Destro and company.. then he joined us later. lol

The TOP 5 players to ever play Mechwarrior were my wingmen for years.

We had a lot of close games and played a lot of good teams but we dominated all competition.

Just look at the VL Awards page. VL was around during the most dominate time of Mechwarrior 4 and Mercs. MWL is irrelevant to me.. specially after all the ridiculous patches Mektek came out with. Most everyone who was good quit..
