Robinson Rangers is one of the largest MWO groups currently set up in the community and pulls a diverse crowd of individuals from various nationalities and interests. There is also a wide spectrum of play styles catered for which ranges from casual to more hardcore play. Motivations are that where any discipline and training is exercised in trying to achieve excellence it does not come at the expense of fun though.

RR is a Davion Loyal Unit with a view of defending the Federated Suns systems against the Draconis Combine. If you are a mature enthusiast to getting involved with the more immersive side of Mechwarrior then this is encouraged as preferred, though this is mostly voluntary as to how far you wish to take it. RR fosters a military structure in its organisation and training is deployed on a close personal level with a company focus where teamwork and camaraderie are key to any success.

RR also encourages participation and contribution to ensure the opinion and input is satisfied to ensure you feel a part of the process. There are also many ways to get actively involved with Unit “business” and also other social opportunities or other games played to foster a complete community gaming experience.

Black Company is one of the finest sub units in the Robinson Rangers. We function as a team focused on having a good time. Composed of level heads, Black Company is the choice for you if you're looking for a casual group to play with. We typically drop Friday Nights at 1700 EST. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. We take players of all roles and weight classes as the company utilizes a mixed lances approach to great effect.

Black Company also focuses on helping on another to improve. To do so we've compiled the Black Company Training Manual, which includes a variety of tips and tricks for both new and veteran pilots. You don't need to be an expert pilot to be a member of the company, but if you're looking to improve, look no further!

I have been with many other online groups of this size but never with one this big that has next no drama, all I can say is "WOW!!!".
