Welcome! One tip that can be helpful if you come up with original background/template images: You can use imgur.com to host images for free, and it even has a basic image editor that can be used to create meme text (font=impact) on top of images.

Can't stand all the ECM whining in all the threads and posts anymore, so here's my point of view:
I think it's just too hard for the LRM-campers to move their Mechs or finding the movement keys
and no: I don't have one single Mech with ECM...but I think, it was a pretty good idea for the game balance!
