So, If PPCs block the function of enemy ECM for 5 seconds, and I can fire my ERPPC every 3 seconds for about a minute,... then I can keep my ECM functioning in Disrupt Mode while an ECM/Streak Raven can't use their ECM to Counter mine and make me vulnerable to their Streaks...
