Hey, don't get excited for BG3 just yet.

Its more then likely an HD remake of the games, not a sequel.

That site you linked is owned by the studio that just finished the MDK HD remake (Which, coincidentally, does include much of the original BG team).

I wonder if they'll do 2nd edition or 3.5 or maybe even 4th edition based rules.

It only took me 5 mins to break the 3.5 based DDO with a 6 shot a click ranger when Stormreach first came out. That would be fun to do again.

Edit: at level 1. Human with quick reload and repeating crossbow proficiency feats. Its was disgusting how fast things died.

My distaste for EA happened with their flop of the launch for the Beta for Crysis 2. I never went back...... And from reading some of the threads in here, all I can say is, "let me count the ways". Seems to be a general consenses.
