I think 205 represents the number of kitten that died each time Paul trolled someone.

It's probably just a random number with no meaning or relevance. For example, in StarCraft II, the developers have slapped 54 on a whole bunch of Terran structures and even the layout of the website, but it's just a random number with no significance whatsoever, yet people have still debated it to death.

My guess would be most likely just unit flair, cuz whoever made the video wanted a random in-universe IP to splash on the mech. But if we're going to turn it into a date than 2/05/12 could be the day that they produced the video.
