I have none of these things myself. Mouse and Keyboard from MW2 to MWLL. During Beta, I would not be surprised if they did not have them all in, but at launch, I would be surprised if TrackIR, HOTAS support, and Nvidea 3d and multi monitor support were not in.

Nvidia 3D is a native DLL to the Crytek engine/Nvidia drivers. So I don't think they have anything to "support" on that one.
Also think multi monitor, and a few other things are more part of the engine than the game. I think its how much time do they spend modifying it out of the box to help us, and how much they turn off is another story.
That said, with all the hacks here.. they might want to have everything on and allow for all sorts of custom scripts, etc.. for controllers, etc.. during closed Beta.. that way some of us maybe bale to write some of the code for "them".. maybe offer a MW:O specific sandbox as well.
Who knows if they let us, maybe we can whip up some maps for them (If they are using the out of the box CryEngine3 sandbox for maps.. I don't see why not). Again.. sometimes the best labor cost on a project is FREE

... for the open Beta, at launch, or after an amount of time has passed since Official Launch? I know many people are willing to pay/utilize several hundred dollars on specialized equipment for the game, but is that the majority of players? I would not be disappointed if these things take a while to integrate, but at the same time it would be exciting if they managed to get it all in before launch.
I, for one, will be jamming with my cheap Logitech joystick, cheap stereo headphones with a mic for TeamSpeak... and a tower & a single LCD monitor from 2008. I manged to scrounge up a used GeForce videocard from my friend, and some more RAM from my sister-in-law, so now I can match the mid-level crysis 2 system requirements. That is all I need to make me happy.
If I had the cash to buy all the awesome peripherals you mentioned... then... I would use it to buy groceries, anyways

Addendum: I would also use it to buy more hula

For those of you who do not have FB, you are missing out on a bunch of Mechlab screenshots

and a dozen or so more.

I really don't know if I want to mount a Flamer on the head of a Hunchback... sounds like it'd feel the same as warming by a nice campfire... by sitting directly on the fire-ring.

After a hard-fought battle and you're sitting outside your Hunchback reminiscing with fellow pilots about the battle, you'll be glad you packed that flamer if you're carrying smokes and forgot your lighter.
...of course, you might accidentally just burn all your fellow pilots to a singed crispy conglomerate and incinerate your cigarette in the process as well... BUT YOU'LL BE GLAD, consarnit!

I sure hope that MWO supports all sorts of old joysticks lol the only one I got right now is an old Logitech 3d extreme pro, or whatever the hell that thing is called. I like it, it's cheap and easy to use, and I don't wanna have to go out and get another
