I think the likes of Audiomachine would work well

Past Mechwarrior games, particularly MW2 Mercs, are renowned for their amazing soundtracks. Songs like Snake City, Dragon's Teeth, and Dust River are totally iconic of the franchise.

There's been little talk about PG's intentions on the music side of the game thus far. I for one would love to hear if you guys are planning on taking a whack at continuing the legacy of amazing technoballad soundtracks.

Of course nobody expects you to redefine the video game music genre but it'd be nice to know that some effort is going into it. I quite liked the music from the recent trailer and I do have to admit it reminded me of the music of yore. :P

I hope at least they take some inspiration from Gregory Alper and Jeehun Hwang's magnificent MW2 soundtracks. They really made me feel like a giant stompy robot kicking *** on an alien planet. It's almost like my mechs were stepping to the beat. Awesome.

A great soundtrack is an excellent way to have your game remembered for years to come.

It is the only true answer.

How about a little psychological warfare music as well?

(Being from Skye, of course I know the REAL purpose of bagpipes... not for playing music, but for tormenting the enemy!)

Nice Hawk. Although I'm more of a Drive it Like you Stole it person. Glitch Mob rocks.

I also like music from Queensryche and Quiet Riot.

I'll mute the ingame music anyway and let Foobar do its job.
