In the meantime, I should point you towards the Awesome, which is an InnerSphere 'mech that could be able to mount at least 4 PPCs, questionable an idea as it may be.

It takes genuine time, effort and dollars to bring a new mech into this game. Dev costs arent free nor easy. Its not like you draw a picture and get a full functioning playable mech...
