So I have been looking at some Planetside 2 alpha videos(yeah, Planetside 2! It's already in alpha! ) and I came up to this part. I am really curious, if this could be a rough example of how MWO mech upgrades would work? And if not, should they?

Edit: Here is a couple of words about their F2P and microtransaction model. Again, MWO comes to mind.
