Im currently in LgN sponsered by razor as a pro gamer. Also play in Tribes Ascend professionally and I do work. The first person who gives me a beta key I will join that clan and carry them. This isn't a joke and you won't regret it. I got hawken as well so if you have a cross over clan that plays both then i'm your guy.

I was a pro starcraft player (OK, maybe not pro, but I had a few games casted, and played grandmasters on ladder), but I still paid for my key.

Begging for keys because your good at another game isn't cool.

This is a heavily team based game. While being a good pilot on a team certainly helps, rambo carrying a team all by your self against another disciplined well organized team is unlikely.

Buying a Beta is for people who have no idea what a BETA means. BETA is a job to make the release as perfect as possible. Not to play willy nilly and do nothing to improve the release.

Again. No one begged. and I have you a perfectly reasonable reason that paying for a beta is stupid. Beta testers should be the ones getting paid since they are doing the work to better the release of the game.

Then sign up for Beta access. No one is going to give you a key because you're supposedly a professional. Why should they just hand you beta access when some people have been waiting for months? (or you could just do what others have said and buy a founders pack)
Edit: and no, paying for access isn't stupid. in fact many people only bought founders packs because they wanted to contribute to the game. besides all that in-game currency and the founders mechs will carry over to the release you know that right?
