Victor-VTR 9D Gauss rifle, endo steel, pulse laser extra ton of armor kick arse version.
It uses Star League technology. It should be available, but rare I think. I'm sure someone will set me straight if I'm wrong. :P

I'll go off the beaten track and say Shadowhawk and Scorpion for pre-clan, TImberwolf and Shadowcat for post.

Shadow Cat

They have to, at some point in the game, have the Shadow Cat.

2 Clan ER PPCs, and mad heat sinks

Manage heat like a boss.

cold to hot, with every shot.

They wont know what hit them, I guarantee it.

Oooh, I almost forgot these two!

Zeus. Because Steiner needs their Light scout mech.

The Commando and Wolfhound don't count because they are battle armor.

Warhammer as seen in the 2009 teaser, Blackjack, Flyingdebris' Crab and King Crab, a Locust as close as possible to the unseen, the Raven, and I'd actually sorta like to see the Helepolis or some other retrotech like that.

They need to bring the Bombardier out to play sooner or latter. 2xLRM20, an AMS, and a token SRM 4 on a Chassis that does 85kmph. A smaller, faster Archer with significant mechlab options with it's three 'arms' (Left, Right and the Turret).

Having the cockpit being set under the central torso like is was in MW2 would make it look utterly awesome with a redesign and significantly different from anything else out there.

I can see why it's not getting in though, competing with the already confirmed Catapult for the missile mech and the 65ton spot, and the extremely similar Archer, aesthetically and load out wise, at 70ton.

The BMB-12D Bombardier is almost an SLDF exclusive mech. Otherwise the BMB-10D plods at only 65 kph with 2 LRM20s, 1 SRM4 and 1 MG.

The BMB-12D's only advantage compared to the Catapult and Archer was speed. That's all. Ammo for the BMB-12D is horridly thin as well, only 9 volleys for each LRM-20 launcher. At least the Catapult and Archer both have 4 med lasers for close range combat.

Archer has better armor but the Catapult can jump.

Love the Vindicator at the moment, and I kinda want a Quickdraw while I'm at it.
Problem is the ones I want most are locked by copyright...

I'd like to to see the HGN-732 Highlander in, but since that one most likely'll be a rare 'mech (or at least only available to high-loyalty players), I'd also settle for a HGN-733 variant. :P
