Note the bit where grain alcohol is used to minimise it's effect on the taste. Now note that a Periphery PPC is pure grain alcohol. Ie: no taste, just kick.

I just had an awesome idea for a non-lethal handheld weapon for Janus. Shock gloves. they have metal nubs over the knuckles that act like a taser.
