First of all, thanks for being mature about it and welcoming him back to the fold, I was waiting the first day to see a response. The rules I gave him for his specialty ammo is that is costs 2x as much, and he has to build it. I Would suggest the Technician-Weapons Skill Dal, so you can build more. Also, I am going to cut them a little shorter than 700 years (as the Terran Hegemony was a little naziistic and having a bunch of drifters would not have cottoned well with them early on in the unification wars). I will say that as of about 2600 or so, your Junkers could have gotten going... I love the idea by the way.
I will update the info on the OP and we can go from there. I need some character Bios from you guys. Dal's will go in its slot and I will update as info comes in. And I love clan, but one of my favorites is playing or running a Pre-Wolf or instead of Wolf, Clanners come to the IS for some reason. I have run as intel, and as bandit caste disappeared after hijacking a ship... If we want to play one of those, eventually, once this one is good and settled in. Anywho...

I was going to go with the Junkers being complete outcasts prior to the fall of the star league, The only reason they were liked afterwards is the occasionally finding Star League caches. think the periphery, but in space. but anyways, this works for me.
I edited my bio to reflect the make ammunition part. I also added that he is fairly good at knowing the value for any salvage acquired, Junkers sell stuff like that, he should probably know how much it is worth. though maybe not by market.

@Rogue np have a good bit of time today I think, but don't quote me on that.
@Gabriel I'm going to just send you a 3rd edition sheet and probably have screwed it up to high heaven, but we'll see.

Well, you do have the unit actually designed to salvage things. plus, we will probably need mechanics capable of working with Myomer or other electronics. Janus wasn't trained to do so.

But really, I'm wanting to see you
Well, I do admit to having been impressed with your writing style, though as the manager of a publishing company, I do have to admit seeing a couple typos... lol Still... loving the intro.
@Sparks and Dal: Keep the Salvage Specialist Sparks, you and Dal should be able to work really well together, and in addition, if one or both of you feel like taking on another character, then I would accept an application to the mechwarriors in house. There is room for 8 Battlemechs, 2 Aerospace Fighters and 4 vehicles in the storage bays of the Red Horse. One mech bay was converted to vehicle storage, with lifts to store 4 vehicles stacked one on top of the next, two bays in the Union were fitted with full battlemech repair facilities, and the last bay is fitted with special drop ordinance, for what has only been explained as "Special Operations" when you saw it. It looks like some kind of down facing bombing array set to drop ordinance about 5 feet in diameter and 10 feet long... I we are short on personnel when we start, we will simply 'hire' more along the way...
So... Post with Name, Profession, and Callsign from all of you who are going to play so I can get the signup sheet/OP edited in. Also... Gamma, you are welcome to get in on the fun if you like, I would love to have you along for the ride!

Last Name: Hepburn
Call sign: "Dallas"
Born to diplomatic parents on the Federated Suns world of Robinson, after some six years and four girls later, the Hepburn's welcomed their son with open arms and hugs. The boy was so much the joy and love of his parents that it was smothering at times. Not knowing any of his sisters til meeting his oldest when she returned home after having literally failed out of New Avalon Institute of Science in her 3rd year. Times became harder as his sister poked and prodded to make sure he knew how much she disdained him. It wasn't long after her return home and the continued traveling his parents did that he was put into an all private preparatory school on New Avalon were he just passed and spent many a day breezing his way through and over the school on a new found high, and then was forced to continue on at a Military Academy in an effort to both clean him up and get him to fly straight. Little did they realize how literal that selection would become, as their son excelled at the academy being trained both in 'Mech and Aerospace operations and combat. Shortly after graduation he was assigned to a special covert op and through actions above and beyond the call of duty was awarded a silver sunburst and share of any possible future tech discoveries from the New Avalon Institute of Science for the actions of rescue and recovery of an ancient Star League device and it's finder. These actions, the works of the family and the ever expanding business had finally brought him back home and back to fulfill the families legacy. This time with one who believes he has the training, skill, will and bureaucratic know how to launch this and hopefully many other new prospective future projects and endeavors onward into the bold and bright future to come.

The first is Nelson vander Reece, aged 65, a salvager and tall story teller. He goes by the call sign "Lightbringer" though is often nicknamed "Lord Nelson" since he insists he has noble blood. Apparently, he was deposed by villains at age 6. He pilots the Chupacabra mentioned earlier.
The second is Oscar Fitzroy, a young man just barely old enough to order alcohol, who is Nelson's protege and means for vengeance. Oscar has lied to Nelson about two things: one, he can't buy alcohol, since he's actually only 17; and two, he's actually a girl named Susan. Those truths would get in the way of Nelson's plans and prevent Susan/Oscar from three square meals a day and getting to ride in a Thug-10E though, so they are desperately ignored. Oscar goes by "Triumph" on the radio.

Yeah, I know there are a more typos that you can shake a battlemaster at. I figure since its a silly RP game perfection isn't required, and occasionally i'll spot something and change it but for the most part I slap everything up in a "rough draft" state. Cause I'm hardcore like that.
I may throw a character out, but its pretty iffy.

also, spark, I have a rather funny idea, Janus should realize that "Oscar" is a girl immediately, comic relief with "him" constantly trying to shut janus up.
