Alright wee lassies, Alkero here (captain obvious is obvious) from Wolf Spiders, a subunit of Wolf's Dragoons. I was just wondering if I could join you all in your MW:LL practices. The Wolf Spiders practice occasionally, but to be honest don't get quite enough practice as a team IMO so I was wondering if I could hop on with you guys and build some teamplay? I know our two companies have been in contact before and I hope to foster strong relations with my fellow Wolves! Alright, thanks for considering my proposal and hope to hear from you soon!
P.S. if you could like/quote me so that I can be notified of your answer, I have it set up so that I don't get notifications unless im liked or quoted ;P just because I was having like 500 notifications regularly once again thanks guys! and I do have TS3 and am on the NGNG server.

Yeah we would be glad for you to join us in training! The server is an open server so anyone can join

When you say open server, do you mean on the NGNG TS3 comms? or in MW:LL? let me know what server you guys play on as well as comms, thanks again Trireaper!

actually we have our own comms... we play in MW:LL [BWC]Training server. The MW:LL server is open but we will have to get a server admin to move you to the appropriate room in TS3.
PM Firefly for the TS3 stuffs. I dont think im allowed to give it out

BWC makes provisions for invited guests. You may disseminate the information to whomever you choose, but they will need a ServerAdmin to give them access beyond the lobby.

To touch on something that Trireaper said: BWC has done something unique and altogether unprecedented, I feel, with regards to leadership roles in large established gaming organisations/syndicates.

We have run a Trial of Position wherein any member, regardless of how long they have been with Black Widow Company, can compete for a chance at a leadership role. I filled two lance leader spots with this event. It ensures a healthy competition for leadership roles, it ensures that skilled or savvy pilots occupy senior roles, and it offers a change from the usual run-of-the-mill sycophantic/nepotistic garbage where unworthy clowns get put into a role because they've been around or they know a guy who knows a guy.

I'm more of a "leader's right-hand man" guy myself. I can squat out a good nugget of an idea from time to time, but for most of the time, I'm better at completing tasks than looking at the big picture (not that I can't see it, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I put too much focus on the details).
