If you want to be a better player you need to train with better players. If you want to win 12 mans, you need to learn 12 man tactics, builds, cooperation and good comms. And drop, drop, drop...
Our EU MRBC team placed 2nd in Division B. We are looking forward to the next season and we are training folks now in preparation of that competition. We intend to win.
If you want to play competitively. If you have the skills, BWC is where you want to be.

But i have never seen a group as organized or as driven as BWC much of that comes from the very well though out COC.
Plans are made and executed quickly, be it organizing training's to help pilots improve or holding events to bring people together everything is done with dedication and always comes out looking like a major production.
But all that does not happen without people and we are always looking for new Pilots to bring fresh blood and ideas into the fold.
veteran or not BWC is a home for one and all that have the desire to be better than they are now.
One Team One fight!

Even in casual 4-man drops with BWC members, just bringing whatever mech and loadout you feel like, the teamwork you can bring in can make all the difference.
If I hadn't been in a group with my fellow BWC members last night, I wouldn't have known there was a pack of lights behind our lance taking shots at our missile boat...and would have missed out on this glorious fight that ended up with BWC (again) getting 10 kills, 8 of them myself:

Join BWC, work together, kill mechs, and become part of One Team, One Fight!

A great night for gaming. Two new guys were DLs. They both did a great job. The boys and girls followed their orders, no babbling on TS, and we had some great fights.
That's the kinda thing that happens at BWC.

Honestly there are so many great Pilots that pretty much any of us can lead, we just have different styles.
I tend to favor the Sneaky send the Light out as bait for our ambush.
While a few others whom I will not name …COUGH….Wrecknar…COUGH favor the STOMP STOMP BURN BURN.
But despite our differing methods BWC gets the job done!

I remember we used MW: Living Legends for training purposes before the open beta started
I've been involved in our training program for almost 12 months now and we have put in a lot of work over the months in adjusting to changes in the game and refining our overall training strategy to focus on team building and unit cohesion
I am not going to go into detail about our training program as I don't want to give away the secrets. Do the other outfits in the game spend hundreds of hours developing a comprehensive training program, some may but most don't

With the advent of private lobbies we will have the opportunity to play 1vs1, 4vs4, 8vs8, and 12vs12.
We have created traditional ladder leagues to give everyone a chance to play opponents around their same skill level and be the best that they can be.
There is no cost and everyone is invited to play. There is something here for everyone.
League play will begin on Monday 5/5/2015 at 10PM EST. Check the website for all the details!

Dropping with 4 BWC is tantamount to calling in the Spartans because its just abusive to the other team. At the end of one of the matches we accounted for 10 of the kills and over 3k combined damage. Good times good times.
Come blow stuff up with us.....http://the-bwc.com/

20 weeks... going into the summer as well... is a bit too long for me.
I understand this is fairly standard for Ladder type leagues... still, just saying.
We take leagues very seriously, requiring an amazing amount of practice.
Personally, I would like to see what happens with the next MRBC league. As a member of the EU team, the first MRBC league was very fun, but at 6 weeks, very exhausting.

BWC did put up two teams for that event, based on two separate continents (and drastically different time zones, more importantly.) If you're looking for an organization that can accomodate multiple playstyles, has tons of in-house events, and can hook you up with people just about any time of the day or night - BWC wants to talk to you. =)
