Quality is our appealing feature, but we've got you covered bro. Like Guido said, we have a good base that's not slowing down.

Yes. :)

As noted, we don't release numbers for OPSEC reasons. Our forums have over six hundred people, almost all of them active because we draw a crowd. That's all we're prepared to say, because that information is relatively public.

Hi BWC,

I´m from Germany and i´d like to know if you also got some members from Europe who might be online during my usual playtime.

I´m normally online on a daily basis for at leased 2-3 hours between 1900 - 2300 GMT+1

Thanks

Atei

Possible. We do set aside training times specifically for you folks in Europe and Asia. Now that I think about it, we do have people from around your region.

I just joined this outfit a few days ago and I have to say it's one of the best outfits I've been a part of in more than 20 years of online gaming experience.

Good group of active people, working together, teaching and learning from one another. Sharing knowledge for the greater good and none of the EGO you find with certain other (no names mentioned here) groups.

I strongly encourage anyone looking for a good home, with lots of support and fun, to check out BWC.

Well said. I recently joined the BWC myself and have found this to be spot on.

Hmmm, an outfit that actually cares about team tactics and voice-chat near new york city. Interesting... But i need my stick first, and a week to get the dust off. I haven't ever touched living legends i played mech2 thru 4 merc, anything different?

We're concentrated on the US east coast but we have many members elsewhere. Speaking for myself, I used to live in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.

So, I'm just going to throw this out there for all the people reading our thread, wondering why we think we're better than everyone else.

Number one, our members have taken it upon themselves to sponsor a few randomly-selected people for Founder packs. That's right, we're giving gifts to our members.

Number two, as the overall HMFIC of Bravo Whisky Charlie, I've issued a challenge to the MWO companies (oops, OPSEC) and to the Planetside company. As some of you may know, Planetside - an MMO-FPS - will soon become a ghost town as its successor, Planetside 2, is brought into closed beta. Very few other shooter games will allow you to play hundreds versus hundreds versus hundreds.

Since MWO is not an MMO, most of my 'Mech pilots will not experience the wholesale arse-kicking that the full might of BWC provides to its enemies. I want them to have that experience. I want them to be able to say, fondly, "I rode into battle on July the Xth with several hundred Black Widows in the largest coordinated air assault mission Planetside has ever seen."

So, my challenge was this: if MWO pilot corps beats the Planetside crowd in attendance at their own game, I am giving each member a BWC Combat Patch (actual real-life patch, not some fancy JPEG). I am holding a drawing for BWC T-shirts, and a drawing for one Elite Founders pack. If Planetside beats them in attendance, then the drawings go to them (Elite Founders swapped for a PS2 pack).

Not just that, but our members have pooled their resources and we're practically giving MWO an attendance victory because we're outright sponsoring MWO members for free Planetside accounts. Those things cost twenty bucks a pop for the full package. We have a total of seven to give away (some are already taken).

So, fellow merc corps leaders. The bar is raised. See you on the battlefield.

Not fair raising the bar when the others haven't gotten half way to it yet tho...

I'd just like ask... If you are reading this thread and you are not a member of BWC yet... What are you waiting for?

This group of players is amazing. The level of organization is top-notch! Everyone works together as a team, not just in-game, but out as well.

I think I've found a home for life... and BWC doesn't just support MWO play, so if you are like me and you play several games, DAYUM!!!! This is the place for you!

Would you expect anything less from a veteran unit that has 50% of it's member base as military or prior military?

How could one expect less of the Bravo Whiskey Charlie?
Right now, if you are only reading this and not making a recruitment post on our forums, you are making a mistake.

When our dropships open the doors, even Mother Nature will have no defense against us.
When the enemy see our glorious Black and Red, they'll be spamming CTRL-Z to eject before we demolish them.
When the base defenses detect our presence, they'll shutdown as to prevent from being obliterated.

You might as well join us now, it'll save you time for when you recognize the mistake of not joining sooner.
