BWC has an outstanding training catalog covering all aspects of the games we play. Taking these classes and passing the qualifications are essential for all players hoping to improve their play. My survivability in the games I play have increased by over 100%. Also, playing with higher caliber players will drag the best out of you - even being put in charge as a Leader is taken as an opportunity for improvement. I am so much better than before I joined, and now I feel I am a valuable teammate surrounded by other valuable teamamates !

I pay little to no attention to my kill-death ratios, headshots, etc. Ultimately, my perceived level of enjoyment is what’s most important to me. Yes, of course I want to win. I want to win each and every time I play. But, if endless grinding or repetitive monotonous gaming is required to win, I’d rather not even play.
As a part of BWC, I’ve noticed my enjoyment of gaming has reached a new level. There’s just something epic about running with a skilled group of players, working as a honed team. One of the coolest things about BWC is our use of Communication (comms) to execute superior tactics, and rain death upon the enemy with mechanical precision. Let’s use Mechwarrior Online as an example. You really need to focus-fire and coordinate attacks in MWO. Finding yourself alone, away from the pack, is death. With proper use of comms, and execution of honed tactics, you can overcome a more powerful force. Sure, I’ve used teamspeak over the years, but BWC has perfected the art of comms to an exact science. And that science is always evolving to better itself.
Considering the excellent team-based tactics, and wealth of information coming from the more experienced BWC team members, it’s easy to acknowledge that my gaming has reached a new level. Before joining BWC, I would have called myself a casual gamer.
Now, I’m a more dedicated and focused gamer. BWC has opened new pathways for me to become the best I can. My close friends at BWC help, and drive me forward as I become a stronger asset to my BWC team.

In past online games, I've always relied on the individual skill of my teammates to win games. However, individual skill only goes so far, when it is really teamwork and effective communications that win high-level competitive matches.
After joining BWC, my teamwork and communications have improved noticeably. Our trainings emphasize not on individual skill, but on effective means of accomplishing objectives. Many times, one is so focused on his or hers gameplay that they tunnel vision and lose track of their surroundings. Here in BWC, we train everyone situational awareness, and especially being mindful of relaying concise and useful information to your lancemates. Additionally, effective communication is paramount for ensuring a team's survival, and our lance leaders are trained to relay precise lance sitreps up to drop command, and command orders down to lance members.
And with many of our members in active duty or retired military, I feel that we have a distinct advantage when it comes to teamwork. So thank you BWC, for letting me to truly experience, learn, and apply these important concepts to my gaming career, and also to my real life endeavours. Salute!

Well for starters I don't die as much

BWC teaches you to work as part of a team.
BWC teaches you individual skills.
As you learn and practice you become better. You die less, you kill more. You're more effective in the way you achieve your objectives. and even if you fall flat on your face you have your buddies right beside you to pick you up, show you where you could improve and then fight beside you as you do.

We get various possibilites to improve. For me personaly I think the area wich helped me most was the use of good battlecoms and leadership tactics. Also I learned a lot about synergy of different builds in a team, teamplay and positioning in MWO.
We even get encouraged to use Mechs we usualy would not use, just to improve in general and broaden our skills.

The constant feedback via our DIs and BWC members helped me to improve to become a contributing member of the team.
We do value teamplay above everything else. Because, when the lines are drawn, it does not matter, if you
are a decent shooter or a good tactician. The performance of the team is the key to success. That's
how we roll. One team. One fight.

Learning to work with a team to achieve goals again has really helped with winning engagements. While I raided in WoW years ago it was not the same level of team work, and BWC offers so much training to help you get better at just about any aspect of the game your playing its incredible.

I’d dabbled with MWO when it first came out, but quickly found I was having my face burnt off a lot. I didn’t really understand the different Mechs or the best setups. I was spending hours trawling through the web looking for info. BWC took me in and trained me up to be able to fight with the best of them, how to spread damage, tactics to use with the different classes. BWC made me into the Mech Pilot I am today!!

BWC allows you to expedite this process and most importantly, helps you improve your group play. The structure allows you to actively practice group tactics and get on the same page as people. This is much more than "getting used" to other people's playstyles, you're literally defining optimal group interaction and adjusting play styles accordingly. It's a really fun process, and the people here have a really great and productive attitude, especially considering the level of organization and success.

Well honestly its hard to remember how I played before joining BWC. But I can remember how much of a factor the teamwork and experience BWC has given me. That alone has increased my joy and IMO my skill level at the game I play with them. Its rather hard to describe in words but overall I have felt a difference.

I've learned a lot thru FTX's, company nights, and hell, even just in ad-hoc drops. I've learned about weapon characteristics, tagging, narc'ing, proper coordination calls, and my biggest improvement is probably discipline. I've learned that working with a well organized and coordinated team well yield FAR better results then just dropping and doing whatever.

In the short time I have been a member of BWC I have noticed virtually every trackable statistic improving. I am legally blind and not the greatest twitch gamer out there. I tend to be middle of the pack on performance in FPS style games. Running with a group that emphasizes communication and teamwork has created an environment where I can improve and start to excel at the roles I pick to play. I have noticed this most in Planetside 2 where I have begun to serve as a medic. Even with a visual impairment and still new to the game I have seen my K/D ratio go from a miserable 0.2 to around 0.66, and thats just moving with a squad and following orders. I am no longer frustrated in a fight and I am having a blast. I highly recommend BWC.

As a primarily solo player before joining BWC, they have taught me the value of being in a team. The ability to go into a battle with a group of players who you support and who support you has increased my effectiveness beyond measure(well, you could measure it I guess, but it seems like a lot of work

Well, to start with simply from running with regular groups from BWC I've improved voice over communication and squad level tactics in multiple games thanks to BWC. After taking several of the training courses I've learned simple but effective techniques to help my basic gameplay in various ways as well as taking advantage of the tools games provide to players that many people don't know exist. Finally, playing alongside other experienced players who have been putting in a lot more time than me lets me learn from them and get just a little bit better every time I'm on.
