Excuse me but online voting like this is just silly, you can vote infinite times in 2 ways (I tested them both).

If you have a dynamic IP, simply restart your router et voilà, you can vote again.
Else, you can use proxies to get the job done.

Hell, I could even make a mouse/keyboard script to automatically renew a dynamic IP and vote for a guy ad infinitum.
