That is not motion blur but a ghosting artifact from "temporal" (not sure that's the correct term) anti-aliasing. Subsequent frames are blended over each other at slight (sub-pixel) offsets. At low FPS especially, this produces the effect seen.

Yes, it looks horrible. I sincerely hope they implement something better soon. Until then, I run with AA disabled.

An idea of a new screenshot...

There are buildings...there is cover. There is a for sure a sun somewhere...

Is it possible to see how a scout mech jumps out of cover and in its back the sun so that you can't be sure what kind of mech it is?

if you take a closer look at the hunchback's lower center torso, you could see right thru the building. looks like its a glitch/bug. i notice the same thing in game as well.
