I remember when I've played FrontierMUX, using some Perl-based client for easier interfacing (although for some in-base jobs, simple "telnet" program was enough). Without quick writing, you were just in disadvantage . Such a good times...

Ishido/Retsudo! I remember you! Awesome to see some of the same old crew in MWO. And yes, Nightmare Brigade forever! Those were some awesome times.
Oh man, that's right, Nightmare Brigade. I was part of that unit with Yoshiko. I started with a dervish until it got destroyed and then eventually moved to a battlemaster. That MUX nearly wrecked my diploma.

I was Sato Sadotoki on one of them, I think it was 3034. I was Kyle Cuttler on 3056. Fun times and they almost wrecked my diploma as well.

Salut. I used to be fusion, the guy on the simsite piloting the MDG. liked the new mechs that were finally added, and the frontier twisted on things. too bad it all died out, but MWO sort of blows it away.. it is pretty good, although it's just not the same novelty.

I don't recall playing any of the BTech MU*s, but I spent an absurd amount of high school and college on GEnie playing Kesmai's MPBT 3025.
Ah, nostalgia.
