I just finished it and took some pictures of it with a lance of my mechs!

It was tough working straight from the picture, but I believe I got fairly darn close to the art. It can fit 4 mechs but most mech models overstep their hexes so they don't fit properly... but this would still make a great centerpiece for a Battletech skrimish. xD

*EDIT* Original Post:

Slowly been working on a Leopard dropship based off the MWO concept art. I wanted to keep it a reasonable size so most of my mech mini's have a hard time fitting in, especially heavy mechs as most of them have limbs that go outside their hexes.

(The Red/Blue bricks in the nose are temporary and/or going to be hidden by gray/black bricks later.)

I added links under each picture, the pictures should be links also but the MWO's built-in functionality is getting in the way. :\

I don't suppose you could make the design available in Lego Digital Designer?
I have a large bucket of old lego and I'd live to make this.

ild like to have enough legos to make 1/40th scale mechs and their dropship...... it would be epic

Don't we all - seems like the sort of thing that Lego as a company should be proactive about - bucket with 10,000 bricks to each registered WMO user or something.

I tried to get a couple interior shots but they all came out crappy. :\ It just has basic 2x# plates as gantries blocking off each 4 bays like you can see from the top-down view.

Make sure you have a lot of 2x2 slope pieces!

Good job. It would be cool if Lego decided to pickup that design as part of a new MW line of kits. They have for other games.
