The 17th the Boy's of Summer. Is primarily focused as a Light to Medium Regiment. We do have attached Heavy and Assault assets. Currently represented by the 1st company of the 1st Battalion. The Heavy Hand. We are currently leaning toward each Battalion will have its own attached Company of Assaults and Heavy's. And the other 2 companys of each Battalion will remain mostly focused on Light to Medium assets. Not to mention that we are also part of the entire Skye Ranger's Brigade which gives us the ability to work with any of the Skye Ranger units in our group.

To join the Skye Rangers please go to our Enlist Page and the website takes care of the rest. You can also indicate your preferred Line Regiment (i.e., the 17th SR) on your app.

Yeah, when you enlist with the Skye Rangers, you can tell us which class of mech you prefer (if you have a preference already), what type of role you typically play (recon, brawler, missile boat, sniper, harrasser, etc) and even pick from several line regiments which gives you a lot of control over the group of players you drop with on a regular basis. We also have a very active and engaged command staff who is very receptive to any suggestions SR members have.

Well, actually you can pick from 4 line regiments, and three mercenary regiments. Additionally we have a regiment for our elite pilots (the 1st) and a regiment for our European pilots (the 25th) you will be assigned to the 22nd for a probationary training period before being full admitted into the Skye Rangers. Should you choose to join you'll likely be working with me for the first couple of weeks or so.
