Hi

I purchased the founder package and was wondering when I get to play the beta. My status is pending yet it quotes instant access to closed beta. Have I done something wrong?

Am I just being inpatient?

Your assistance would be appreciated.

As to your purchase... sometimes takes a little while to process the purchase... give it an hour or so (sometimes more, sometimes less for some reason)...

If you don't see anything, submit a ticket to support@mwomercs.com and see what Support can do for you...

Also, make sure your profile is completed here on the site - some folks have trouble logging in if they don't have Date of Birth filled out etc.

N4... imagine if you're not on the forums here when it kicks in (you'll get a fancy tag like the other founders based on the level you purchased) you SHOULD get an email confirming purchase...

Now, I got into Beta BEFORE the Founders sale, but still, imagine the confirmation email will direct you back here...

You'll know you're good to go when that big "PENDING" up to changes to "Welcome to Beta - Download Now"

Just one last (perhaps idiotic) question:

When MWO gets released, will I have to purchase the retail product or will my Founders purchase enable me to keep playing (not that I mind)?

There is no retail product.

your founder pack assets will be with you during the beta, and at the end of the beta will be reset and returned to you to be spent again!

Nope, It's free to play. Meaning you download it from the site and install and play for free. The stuff we're paying for is skins, quicker unlocks, and other fluff. (also beta access)
