I want to know where i can find information about the game as a whole like factions (beside the official language is there any advantages of joining faction than other in other word is each faction has a specialty at something) and mech types, weapons etc.

Welcome, this topic will have thread links of all sorts to get you started.

Factions are just in game, they will be open to anyone of any language, we are not sure what the differences will be to joining any of the factions really. All mechs will be available to all factions.
