More likely they'll pick whoever they want to pick after a suitable period of observing potential candidates that exhibit civil behavior, lack of clear bias in any one direction, and a level-headed posting attitude.

I'd probably be out at the level-headed bit. I've been feeling a little zesty and excitable today.

They can be turned into community managers and pay them with candy and/or soap!

Some of those "guidelines" could easily be merged, there is no need to have multiple entries on sexual content nor the language used on the boards. Keep it simple and readable for all ages

Moderators is not the ones to usurp the ban hammer, that should only be reserved an Administrator. Mods are there to assure that the boards does not become cluttered or elsewhere impenetrable. If a Mod thinks a members behaviour needs to be addressed this needs dealt with between the Mod and Admin, preferable in a Moderators Board to keep tracking easier.

Yup!
I think we have enough whining "anti-clan threads" now. It is getting ridiculous and totally embarrassed. Moreover, it is mediocre and doesn't make fun. People were verbally attacked, just because they want to play as a clanner! This is an impertinence and has nothing to do with shared anticipation.
