depends on the quality of the PSU but if its ok to decent at least them yeah, as long as its wired for it. (there are adapters as well)

Yeah it says it comes with 4 PCI-E so I think i'm good thanks.

I have owned that exact PSU its good, I am using the 650 version in my "other" gaming PC
