I apologize for the armature question here, but hey, we all start somewhere..... So based on previous advice given here about upgrades, I've kept an eye out for Phenom II X4 965 black editions, so this one being not labeled as black edition have any significance?

I'd say no. that is $200 for a 5 year old motherboard, you would be better of saving up to build a whole new computer (which should be doable for 5-600)

Just barely not, since it includes a processor and (ONE!?) stick of RAM...I wouldn't especially try to use it in MWO context

my suggestion for a cheap computer able to play MWO fairly well:

A10-5800K ($125)
AS Rock A75 FM2 motherboard ($75)
4 GB DDR3-1600 ($25)
Hitachi 1 TB HDD ($70)
HD 6670 DDR5 ($70)
Coolermaster Elite 430 case ($30)
Corsair CX 430 $30

$425
