Hello! Just want to give you guys an invite to a league we have created:

With the advent of private lobbies we will have the opportunity to play 1vs1, 4vs4, 8vs8, and 12vs12.
We have created traditional ladder leagues to give everyone a chance to play opponents around their same skill level and be the best that they can be.
There is no cost and everyone is invited to play. There is something here for everyone.
League play will begin on Monday 5/5/2015 at 10PM EST. Check the website for all the details!

Had a blast this weekend blowing up mechs with my fellow hounds. We chased many bunnies through the battlefields of MWO. Thanks to all those I dropped with!

Since the council meeting last Saturday, things have been adapting and changing in the Devil Dogs. The new competition group has been meeting regularly for practices, organizational purposes, and today some trials were held to help determine who would lead said unit.

The trials committee has been meeting and a new set of trials are being designed for all Devil Dogs to participate in to prove their abilities and/or to build up their skills to achieve.

Trials of Position are also in the design phase. Yes, REAL trials of position.

Work continues on our secret CW project with other units in House Steiner and the community.

I'm happy to say that the Devil Dog are strong and we are continually evolving to meet new challenges, make new friends, and solidify old ones!

I still do not here of what you will offer me should I win this trial. I do not know what you have that I would want. I do not even know if you are a good enough mechwarrior to claim you as bondsman should you lose. You ask for much, but offer little. Perhaps if you brought more to the table than your ego, there would be purpose to this trial. I see you are located on Riga. I propose this. If I win this trial, you will give me a complete order of battle of all units defending said planet, inventory of all their mechs, equipment, and ordnance, their locations, topographical data, locations and compositions of neutral forces such as ComStar garrisons and HPG locations I might be interested in this trial of possession.

Background:

Riga is a strategic center of operations for Periphery Mercenaries corporation and it's main HQ planet. It's an important trading planet of Hanseatic League and this make it having one biggest planetary forces among the planets.

Primary force on the planet is the PMC's 1st division, counting over 10000 personal and being fully equipped with for combat. It consists of mostly conventional arsenal, but also fields largest active Battlemech company in the region. Most of the Battlemech are pre Star League and/or are using basic tech, it have to be noted that light mech are 50% of entire mech force, another 40% are medium mech and rest 10% are shared with heavy and assault units.

Second largest is a Hanseatic Police Force regiment with total of 3000 personal. A corporate police created with Periphery Mercenaries corporation. Unit is not equipped for preforming war time duties and consists only of infantry and few armored vehicles.

RDF's 5th company, with overwhelming mercenary forces on the planet,Hanseatic League fields only single platoon of medium mech and few infantry squads.

Planet have active Clan forces on the surface do the Merchant Cast allowance to bring their own convoy. Total count, equipment and availability of Battlemech are unknown.

ComStar presence indicates of active agents.

Precise location of HPG outpost is unknown do the ComStar decision to keep it's location a secret, but traces lead to beyond Hanseatic territory.

We are an Periphery Mercenary's special force division with mandate to liberate civilian population from rule of Clans by providing our services to IS houses.

Clans are not revived as an enemy, so we are abide to higher moral standards on the battlefield, thus we pledge to follow honorable ways of our opponents.

This include Batchalls, Trials and rules of Zellbrigen.

We yet not presented this mandate officially to the Clans, so your company is first to encounter Liberty Guard ways.

If you have any other inquiry of interest - we will do our best to suffice in most honorable way.

Not only are we still kicking and killing but, we are not recruiting as well. Listen well, Mechwarriors. Community Warfare is in the offing. Do you want to be one of the few left sitting by yourself, waiting for the MM to find you 11 other people like you to flesh out a team so that you can make a few C-bills trying to take a planet that will mean nothing to you when it is all over? Do you want to see the map change at the end of a day, and have it not matter what you have done IN that day? Are you not tired of being on the battlefield and finding NO support anywhere you look?
Come find out what we are all about. Find the support you need to effect battles. The teamwork that helps you WIN matches. The secure knowledge that at the end of a day spent on the battlefield, the fighting you have done MENT something. I know what some of you are thinking. You do not WANT to be part of a group, having to follow orders, let someone else decide where, when, and how you fight. Really? I think that most of us want to be part of something BIGGER than we are, something that will last long after we are gone. That is why nations were formed in the first place. If you can honestly say that such a thing is not for you...more power to you. I applaud your resolve. If, however, you ARE looking to be a part of something larger, something that will out last you and can be carried on, come to where there is brotherhood.
