I share your enthusiasm. It is easy to get focused on the Bt universe given the state of the Real world. It's nice to let one's self sink into a time and place where one can actually do something (usually with a high powered weapon) about a "problem". After a period of release, one can then return to the problems of life renewed enthusiasm and focus. The time to get worried is when you take out a 2nd mortage and start construction on that mech hanger in your backyard!

aaahhh man,...would it be sweet..to be around when they start actually building mechs?? i know theyre working towards it..but not fast enough

The second mortgage might seem excessive Seabear, but without the custom built mechbay, where are you going to park your mech to keep its paint from suffering under adverse weather conditions!

i know..poor mech..gotta keep it shiny and dry..that nasty rain with its drops..how dare it

youre right i was wrong, thats what i get when im tired and misremember things..thanks for reminding me..still..i dont want them sneaking into my domicile sent my sun tzu or worse..his mother

Well, I have a easy solution for fixes, besides just playing the older games. Going back and re-reading ALL THE BOOKS! My plan is to start a hunt, online, anywhere I can, to fine one copy of every book. I've read most of them, and when I go on a Battletech reading/playing spree I do start to use "aff" and "neg". Sometimes, if I have to walk up my lane(1KM long) I pretend I'm piloting a Bushwacker, or Cauldron Born.

live out in the country? im envious

Actually yes it has. I've been having dreams about the Windborn Raven RP on the fanfic forum. Good stuff (most of it anyways.)

It's a pitty my reallife is in no way as cool as my dreams.

As for the Kuritans, there's always the chance you could find an origami cat on your pillow.

Yep! :D Beautiful mech combat areas too. Green rolling hills, valleys, some woodlands and lots of open rolling hills... lol

you're a bit too attached if you use this as windows startup sound (and you really spend time and risking your system 32 to make this sound as startup sound

Guilty, and then some. I replaced all of my system sounds with MW computer messages.

Have to stop myself from challenging my boss to a circle of equals, or a trial of greivance. Imagine how much more efficient the public service would be if you could just off people who **** you off!

What is this "real life" I keep hearing about ?

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll go polish my Marauder a little more.
