This is a MW forum, I think if we wanted to do another post-by-post RP then we should do it elsewhere.

right now i am just imagining a superhero fighting with a battlemech.company.

Hats off to them, however, the WoB knew not to mess with us, after what happened to them at the hands of the Ghost Bears.

That was a failed assault due to bad intel. Everybody has their goofs.

And people wonder about my choice of allegiance...

I'm not real schooled in the happenings of the Jihad, so I have nothing to offer. Oh yeah I noticed that the filter isn't as ultra ******** as it was before.

Well, they had to nuke Outreach from orbit, cause they couldn't take on the Dragoons' ground forces.

There's a difference between 'Didn't want to catch fanboyitis' and 'Had to nuke 'em from orbit.'

The only way to be sure is to go House to House which is what they ended up sending mercs in to do.
Which was dumb, 'cos the plot clearly dictated WoB was invuln at that point and could even stop WD plot armour. Their mercs did not share that buff.

their initial invasion consisted of 2 divisions (from sarna about 10 battalions) plus several mercenary commands, of which consisted about another 6 battalions. so over 5 regiments plus several supporting warships. it hit and bounced costing at least 10 of those battalions plus an aegis class warship. they tried again with about 3 regiments, it also hit and bounced costing a majority of those regiments. so grand total they lost probably 4-5 regiments of troops and a warship for little to no gain.
