Not quite Grim, Clan Grimm Wulf and Thunderwolf's Grimm Wulf's Raiders started as the same clan back in Mechwarrior 3, then after MW4 came out we split in half between those who preferred one game or the other, so he continued on there as GWR while I stayed as head of CGW in MW3, then when that was dying out I brought it to a succession of other online games. To date CGW has played cometitively in 12 online games including Counterstrike, Day of Defeat, CoD, XWing: Alliance, Starcraft, lol, whatever took my fancy or that of other members.
Our name being the same as yours just happened as a coincidence.

And Finn, long time no see bud! I remember waaaay back in the day playing around with your MW3 map editor and having tons of fun with it. My favourite was always setting up the Caves level with zero light and slightly higher heat and watch people smack into walls and shutdown from overheating while I ran around in my Shadowcat blasting them in the face, Kessel I called it, if I remember correctly. Anyways, what've you been up to in the last decade or so? Tis almost how long it's been, lol.

I have been using this name since the mid/late "80s"

The original Finn McCool or McKool is from Irish mythology (I think there is some truth to it though)

Ha! Wasn't being serious when I said you guys named yourself after me specifically. I just find it amusing. I was really active in the MW2 days, but not so much in the 3+ days even though I played the games. Never really got into the competition scene after netmech.
