I am assuming the sentence fragment should be "over some yakuza prejudices."

I think the newsline means "meets with Byesville leaders to continue healing wounds and to overcome yakuza prejudices."

I don't see why we've got those gangsters in the military. The steel pillar is an honorable life, to invite those people into our lives dishonors us. We don't need them, and we don't want them.

Which is amusing since Shin Yodama, who will be instrumental in the Draconis Combine defeat of the Clans and the rescue of Hohiro Kurita, is a yakuza.
